How long does the battery last when fully charged?
The Wine Opener can open between 10-15 bottles of wine per full charge!
Can I use it on champagne or prosecco bottles?
It is recommended to only use The Wine Opener on traditional wine bottles, as using it on champagne or prosecco bottles could cause it to break, and isn't covered under warranty.
Does The Wine Opener come with a warranty?
We provide a 1 year warranty on The Wine Opener to all of our customers who purchase online. If there are any issues with your Wine Opener, or it stops working, we will replace it for free.
Can I carry The Wine Opener in my hand luggage when flying?
Yes, remove the batteries from the device and treat it like all other electrical items. The corkscrew is concealed, so you can bring it through security with no issues. Remember not to gift wrap it before flying, as you will not be able to remove the batteries.
